On November 4, the European Commission will hold a meeting in Brussels with the participation of the US, Ukraine, France, Germany, Great Britain, NATO, and the World Bank. The talks will serve as preparation for trilateral contacts in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11.

The Kremlin, through Dmitry Peskov, confirmed Russia's participation in Ukraine talks on Nov 10–11 in Abu Dhabi. Vladimir Medinsky will head the group again; the agenda covers security guarantees, de-escalation, and humanitarian issues.
