Newly appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapatyi, was declared wanted by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately after taking office. 🇷🇺🚓 Previously, the Russian Investigative Committee had charged him with organizing shelling in 2017–2019. The general replaced Oleksandr Syrskyi, bringing experience commanding in Kherson and near Kropyvnytskyi. 🇺🇦
