In an interview with Wave RBC.UA, GastroFamily CEO Elena Borisova said that the average check in Ukrainian restaurants has shrunk from three items to two, while visit frequency has fallen threefold. At the same time, guests keep coming for a "flashback to pre-war life," and the main threat for the 2026/27 winter remains the frosts and running on generators.
