According to information published by the Italian outlet Sky Sport and confirmed by the Sport RBC.UA portal, both parties have fully agreed on the terms of the exchange. AS Roma is acquiring the 21-year-old Argentine Santiago Castro for €35 million. Additionally, the Romans will receive 10% of the player's future resale value.
In the opposite direction, Artem Dovbyk is heading to Bologna. It was the inclusion of the Ukrainian in the deal structure that allowed the parties to quickly unlock negotiations and reach a consensus. For Bologna, signing Dovbyk is an opportunity to significantly strengthen their attack without incurring significant direct financial costs in the transfer market.
A New Career Chapter for Dovbyk
