In addition, as already noted, the location of the fire was revised: from the Desniansky district of Kyiv to the village of Pohreby. Both versions — the mayor's statement and TSN's data on the child's death — require additional official confirmation.
Context: strike on the Odesa region
On the same day, Russia struck a Nova Poshta terminal in the Odesa region. A fire broke out at the facility, which has since been extinguished. No information about injuries from this incident has been received. Thus, on August 31, 2026, attacks were recorded in at least two regions of Ukraine — the Kyiv and Odesa regions.
