Ukraine is prepared to provide its international partners with cutting-edge technologies for intercepting jet drones, as these advanced developments require significant funding for mass scaling. This was stated by Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov in an interview with Euronews, emphasizing the high effectiveness of current combat trials.

A New Level of Technological Partnership

Countries that have active defense cooperation agreements with Ukraine could negotiate access to Kyiv's latest technologies. This primarily concerns counteracting new Russian jet drones that pose a severe threat across operational sectors.

According to Budanov, Ukraine is already utilizing its novel interception technology in active combat conditions. The main task moving forward is the rapid industrial scaling of production before the onset of the most challenging winter period.

Effectiveness Against Shaheds and Production Challenges

The developed technologies demonstrate high efficiency in neutralizing strike drones like the Shahed, but the primary challenge remains manufacturing them in sufficient quantities. The initiative focuses on cooperation principles allowing partners to negotiate specific defense items.

Controversial Data

While Ukrainian leadership emphasizes accelerating interception capabilities ahead of winter, alternative analytical reports highlight ongoing logistical hurdles and component shortages. Some observers debate the practical timeline for mass deployment amid evolving long-range strike tactics.

Nevertheless, Kyiv remains confident in reaching required production metrics shortly. Additionally, Ukraine stresses the need for expanded Starlink and Starshield capabilities to counter complex missile and drone threats.
