On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, another wave of fuel price hikes was recorded across several major filling station networks in Ukraine. According to RBC-Ukraine, the highest growth rate was demonstrated by the SOCAR network, which raised the cost of all types of gasoline and diesel fuel, while OKKO, WOG, and Ukrnafta adjusted their price tags for specific positions. Meanwhile, the UPG network kept fuel and autogas prices unchanged from the previous day. Thus, the market maintains a steady upward trend where each network operates according to its own schedule and pace.

Large-scale growth at SOCAR

The most notable price revision occurred in the SOCAR network: the operator raised the cost of all gasoline and diesel positions by UAH 1.00/l. As a result, the premium NANO 100 gasoline crossed the psychological threshold of UAH 105.00/l, and NANO Extro diesel rose to UAH 111.00/l. This makes SOCAR one of the most expensive players in the country's retail fuel market, where premium and diesel grades consistently stay above UAH 100 per liter.

Diesel and autogas rise at OKKO

On October 27, the OKKO network increased the price of both types of diesel fuel by UAH 1.00/l: Pulls diesel now costs UAH 109.90/l, and Euro diesel is UAH 106.90/l. In addition to diesel, the operator also adjusted the price of autogas, raising it by UAH 1.00/l as well. The combined increase across multiple categories in a single day indicates that pressure on production costs and retail prices is spreading beyond gasoline to alternative fuel types.

Autogas increases at WOG and Ukrnafta

The upward trend for liquefied petroleum gas is also confirmed in other networks. At WOG, the cost of autogas increased by UAH 1.00/l to reach UAH 57.90/l, and at Ukrnafta, gas went up by the same amount to UAH 53.90/l. The absolute price difference between networks remains, but the direction is unified: gas continues to rise synchronously with diesel, narrowing the price advantage of gas-powered transport over gasoline.

UPG keeps prices unchanged

The only exception among the major networks was UPG, which kept all types of fuel and autogas unchanged on October 27, preserving the previous day's levels. This tactic allows the network to maintain a competitive positioning amid rising prices at competitors and likely reflects differences in procurement terms, logistics, and reserves among operators. For consumers, this means that when choosing a gas station, the price difference per liter between networks is becoming increasingly noticeable.

Context: trends over recent weeks

The current increase is a continuation of a multi-day trend. Back on Monday, October 26, according to market reviews, Ukrainian filling stations almost imperceptibly raised the cost of A-95 gasoline, which sold for an average of UAH 90.05/l — 1 kopeck higher than Friday, October 23. Earlier, on October 15, major networks had already raised prices for diesel and autogas by approximately UAH 1 per liter. Together, this paints a picture of a smooth but consistent rise in retail fuel prices in Ukraine throughout October 2026, during which autogas, according to expert estimates, could eventually approach the UAH 60 per liter mark.
