As of the morning of September 15, 2026, the largest gas station chains in Ukraine updated their price lists almost simultaneously: nearly all gasoline grades went up in price, while the cost of diesel fuel in several chains fell below the psychological threshold of 100 hryvnia per liter. According to RBC-Ukraine, in some chains gasoline rose by as much as 2 hryvnia, while diesel showed mixed dynamics — it increased in some chains and, conversely, dropped slightly in others.
Gasoline: almost all chains raised their prices
The most noticeable increase was recorded at OKKO: all gasoline grades — Pulls 100, Pulls 95 and A-95 Euro — rose by 2 hryvnia. At WOG, gasoline grades (100, 95 Mustang and 95 Euro) went up by 1 hryvnia each. At SOCAR the adjustment was tiered: NANO 95 gasoline rose by 2 hryvnia, while the more affordable A-95 went up by 1 hryvnia. Thus, gasoline became more expensive in all three major chains, and only Ukrnafta kept its previous prices on all fuel types.
Diesel: mixed dynamics
The picture for diesel fuel turned out to be uneven. At OKKO, DT Euro diesel rose by 60 kopecks, at WOG DT Euro-5 diesel went up by 1 hryvnia, while DT Mustang kept its previous price. At SOCAR, conversely, DT NANO Extro diesel dropped by 10 kopecks, and DT NANO remained unchanged in price. It was precisely at this chain that diesel effectively retreated from the 100-hryvnia mark, which is reflected in the overall market assessment as of the morning of September 15.
Contradictory data
The general claim that "diesel retreated from 100 UAH" does not match the detailed data for each chain: at OKKO and WOG, diesel fuel actually rose by 60 kopecks and 1 hryvnia respectively, while a decrease was recorded only at SOCAR. In other words, the wording "retreated from the mark" is true only for some chains and specific grades, whereas across the market as a whole diesel shows mixed dynamics. The differences are explained by the fact that each chain adjusts prices for its own grades and depending on its purchase contracts, so there is no single "diesel" figure for September 15.
What remains unchanged
In addition to Ukrnafta, where prices on all fuel types remained unchanged, a number of items kept their price in other chains as well: at OKKO the price of GP Pulls remained unchanged, and at WOG — DT Mustang and gas. Autogas at OKKO rose by 60 kopecks, while at SOCAR gas remained unchanged. As a result, for a driver on September 15, 2026, the key fact remains the rise in gasoline by 1–2 hryvnia in most chains and the need to check the price of a specific grade at the register, since dynamics for diesel and gas vary from station to station.
