The Ukrainian fuel market is demonstrating a new wave of price fluctuations at the country's largest filling stations. As of October 14, 2026, drivers faced price increases for certain types of fuel across major networks. The changes affected both diesel fuel and liquefied gas, while the cost of petrol remains at previous levels.

Diesel fuel price dynamics

In particular, the WOG filling station network has revised its price tags upward. Both the branded Mustang diesel and standard Euro-5 diesel went up in price by exactly 1.00 hryvnia per liter. Now motorists can purchase the branded product at 103.90 UAH/l, while regular Euro-5 diesel costs 100.90 UAH/l. Experts attribute these adjustments to logistics factors and general trends in the European petroleum product market.

Autogas market situation

Autogas, which enjoys stable demand among Ukrainian car owners, has also seen price changes. The large state-owned network Ukrnafta raised the cost of liquefied gas by 1.00 UAH/l. Refueling a car at these stations now costs 45.90 UAH/l. Meanwhile, other fuel market players are keeping autogas prices unchanged, in no rush to synchronize price hikes.

Petrol cost and expert forecasts

Regarding petrol, the situation remains stable. The cost of all petrol grades (A-95, A-98, and premium types) at leading Ukrainian filling stations, including OKKO, WOG, SOCAR, Ukrnafta, and UPG, is fixed at the previous day's level. Market participants note that the current price increase is local, but drivers should monitor further macroeconomic trends and NBU forecasts regarding the national currency exchange rate.

Contradictory data

It is worth noting that analytical reviews and price monitoring for previous days in October (October 11–12) showed some discrepancies in the dynamics of value indicators at regional gas stations and small networks. While major monopolies kept prices stable over the weekend, local operators selectively adjusted price lists amid changing wholesale fuel batches, sometimes creating discrepancies in figures across various information reports.
