On August 3, Ukraine is expected to experience variable cloudiness. Rainfall is not forecast for most regions; however, meteorologists warn of local weather anomalies that will affect both the western and southern territories of the country.

Thunderstorms in the west and north

The weather in the western and northern regions will be unstable. Short-term rain showers, which may be accompanied by thunderstorms, are expected in some areas during the day. Despite the risk of precipitation, the wind will be moderate — its speed will range from 3 to 8 meters per second with a variable direction.

Severe heat in the south

The most extreme temperature readings are expected in the southern and south-western regions. In some places, thermometers will rise to critical levels — from 35 to 38 degrees Celsius. Local residents should be particularly attentive to their well-being during these hours.

Temperature spread at night

Nighttime readings will also show a significant contrast between regions. The coolest night is forecast for the Sumy region, where temperatures will drop to 16–18 degrees. At the same time, the night will be warmest in the Odesa region — from 24 to 26 degrees.
