On Wednesday, August 5, residents of Kramatorsk and neighboring settlements in the Donetsk region faced a temporary suspension of water supply. Local authorities reported the issue, citing data from the utility company "Kramatorsk Vodokanal".
Reason for the outage
At around 11:00, city dwellers were informed that the company "VODA DONBASSA" had suspended water supply. The official explanation is "emergency switching on power grids." The city council added that all relevant services are already working to eliminate the malfunction and asked residents to treat the situation with understanding.
Information on when exactly the normal operation of water supply systems will resume will be communicated to the population separately.

To ensure residents have access to technical water during the outage, the press service of "Kramatorsk Vodokanal" pointed out the possibility of using manual hydrants. They are available to residents of the Old City and the Stanokbud microdistrict at predetermined addresses.
