Construction is taking place as part of the city's resilience plan. Residents of 280 high-rise buildings live in Teremky-1 and Teremky-2. The reserve heat pipeline is a critically important element of infrastructure: in the event of damage to the TEPS-5 power plant by Russian artillery or missiles, this branch will allow consumers to switch to an alternative heat source. The project aims to guarantee that residents of the district will not be left without heating during the harsh winter months.
