Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated that the country will continue its special operation to compel Russia to peace, without tying itself to specific timeframes. According to him, the decisive factor is not the duration of the process, but the final achievements.

"The main thing is the result"

In an interview published by RBC-Ukraine citing TSN, Budanov urged not to focus on arguments about timelines: "40 days, 100 days, 15 days." He emphasized: "We will continue. Do not cling to all these arguments. The main thing is the result. It is not so important how we enter this process. It is much more important how we exit it".

Strategic deadlock for Russia

In the opinion of the Head of the OP, the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation still mistakenly counts on achieving its goals by force. The long-term course of hostilities, according to him, completely refutes these hopes. Despite local shifts in the front line and advances on both sides, strategically Russia has long been in a deadlock.

"For them, the war is essentially, well, there are some hostilities, there are some advances by us, by them. Strategically, it has long been in a deadlock," noted Budanov.

Strikes on Wildberries logistics

Over the past two weeks, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have almost daily struck the fleets of the largest Russian marketplace, Wildberries. As a result of the attacks, between 17% and 22% of the company's entire logistics infrastructure was damaged.

Analysts estimate the total damage at 215–280 billion rubles ($2.7–3.6 billion). Restoring the damaged facilities may require from 62.5 to 80.8 billion rubles ($0.8–1 billion). The greatest financial losses were suffered by sellers cooperating with the marketplace.

Cautious with predictions

Budanov also advised not to rush with premature assessments and predictions regarding mobilization processes on the territory of the aggressor country. His words highlight the need for a long-term approach to assessing the situation and avoiding speculation based on short-term events.
