According to the company, from 18:00 four queues — 1, 2, 3, and 4 — were simultaneously disconnected. "Going forward, electricity supply in the evening and at night will be provided on a rotating basis," the oblast energy company clarified. Thus, instead of a single restriction mode, the region has moved to a differentiated, local scenario in which each part of the city and the districts receives power according to its own schedule.
