In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the city currently has around 1.4 million residents, including 223,000 displaced persons, and does not recommend that those who left return due to security risks.

Local power outage schedules have been introduced in Mykolaiv, the Mykolaiv and Bashtanka districts: from 18:00 four queues were disconnected. The oblast energy company linked the restrictions to the aftermath of the region's latest massive shelling.
