The state program "National Cashback" continues to expand its presence in the Ukrainian financial market. The latest stage of the project's development is the joining of two more banks — Alliance bank and KredoBank. The total number of partner financial institutions has now reached 22.

Growing Popularity of the Program

According to the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine, there has been a significant increase in the number of participants. Over the last two months, nearly half a million new users have joined the program. As of today, more than 5 million citizens of the country receive monthly "National Cashback" payments.

The ministry notes that expanding the network of partner banks is aimed at increasing the program's accessibility for residents of various regions. This allows users to choose a bank they already use, without having to change their usual financial tools just to receive state support.

How the Compensation System Works

The essence of the program is the compensation of part of the cost of goods produced in Ukraine. Accruals are made according to a differentiated model: depending on the product category, the user can get back either 15% or 5% of the purchase amount.

You can check the amount of cashback due in two ways:

  • On the official "National Cashback" page;
  • Using the barcode scanner in the "Diia" app in the relevant section.

A full list of stores where you can buy Ukrainian goods with the possibility of receiving a refund is available on the "Made in Ukraine" portal.

Deadlines for Using Accumulated Funds

The Ministry reminded citizens of the importance of using accumulated funds in a timely manner. Cashback received within the framework of previous program cycles — in particular, for fuel and under the "Winter Support" program — can be spent until July 31, 2026, inclusive.

After this date, all unspent funds will return to the state budget. The program itself will continue to function in normal mode.

New Stage of the Program

On May 1, a new stage of the "National Cashback" launched in Ukraine. During this period, the accumulation of funds started anew. It was previously planned to cancel the balances of the first stage from July 1, but the deadline was extended to August 1. In early July, Ukrainians received the last cashback payment for April within the framework of the first stage of the program.
