As a result of a Russian attack, the office of Ukrainian cosmetics and manicure products manufacturer Nika Zemlyanikina has been destroyed. This was reported by the brand's founder, Nika Zemlyanikina, whose statement is cited by RBC-Ukraine. According to her, along with the premises, the company lost machinery and equipment, with total material damage estimated at tens of thousands of dollars. The attack caused significant damage to business infrastructure, but resulted in no casualties.

What Happened and Who Was Affected

A key fact emphasized by the founder is that no female employees were in the office at the time of the attack, so no one from the team was hurt. This circumstance, she noted, was the only comfort against the backdrop of the destroyed premises. The damage is concentrated in the material sphere: workspaces, machinery, and equipment necessary for the company's daily operations were damaged or lost.

Material Losses and Personal Belongings

Nika Zemlyanikina estimated the damage at tens of thousands of dollars, noting that along with the premises, the company lost hardware and equipment. Beyond business assets, the founder shared that she is also distressed about personal belongings left behind in the destroyed office. She candidly described her emotional state after the ordeal and emphasized that she does not feel "unbreakable," acknowledging the psychological toll that an attack on a workspace carries.

Company Operations After the Attack

Despite the destruction of the office, the company intends to continue operations as normal. According to the founder, the inventory of Nika Zemlyanikina products is stored elsewhere, so the products themselves were unharmed. Customers will still be able to order hand creams, nail polishes, and other brand products, and order fulfillment will proceed without interruption. Thus, the company's operational activities are preserved despite the loss of part of its material base.

Context: Other Consequences of the Attack

The attack that damaged the Nika Zemlyanikina office also impacted other facilities. In particular, in Kyiv, a local Auchan store on Chernihivska Street was damaged due to the Russian attack and will temporarily remain closed. These cases demonstrate that strikes affect not only industrial and infrastructure sites, but also small businesses, retail, and office spaces, creating direct financial losses for private companies and their founders.

The situation with the Nika Zemlyanikina brand illustrates the dual effect of attacks on civilian infrastructure: on one hand, risks to people and material assets persist; on the other hand, companies strive to minimize customer service disruptions by relocating the storage of key resources to secure locations. In the case of the cosmetics brand, this preserved the ability to fulfill orders normally even after the office was destroyed.
