This was announced by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration (RMA), Oleksandr Kiper, in his Telegram channel, as reported by RBC-Ukraine. According to the RMA head, the Russian army attacked the region specifically with strike drones, rather than other classes of weapons, indicating a targeted nature of the attack on the region.

Kiper emphasized that one of the enemy drones hit a public catering establishment: the facade and glazing of the restaurant were damaged as a result of the impact. The head of the RMA also reported casualties, noting that at the time of his statement, four people were known to have sustained injuries or trauma.
