In the area of Oleshky, Kherson Oblast, the demining of routes necessary for the operation of a humanitarian convoy and the evacuation of residents has been completed. This was reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, on his Telegram channel, RBC-Ukraine reports. According to him, preparations for the humanitarian mission are entering their final stage, and citizens wishing to leave the occupied city will be able to do so on October 30 until 14:00, subject to all safety measures.

Demining and Convoy Readiness

Lubinets noted that the demining of designated routes has been completed. "The humanitarian convoy has been formed and is ready for dispatch. It is expected to arrive at the central hospital. All citizens will be provided with all necessary assistance," the official stated. Thus, the logistical part of the operation, in his assessment, is ready to launch.

Evacuation and Aid Distribution

Residents of Oleshky who intend to leave will be able to do so until 14:00 on October 30 under all necessary safety measures, the commissioner specified. The distribution of humanitarian aid, according to him, will be organized after 14:30. Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that a ceasefire regime has been maintained in the Oleshky area for 54 consecutive hours, and humanitarian aid is being prepared for residents, with delivery planned for October 30.

Trilateral Coordination

According to Lubinets, delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the United States have gathered to coordinate further actions within the framework of the humanitarian mission. Journalists from the three countries are also present at the site. According to Fox News, Ukraine and Russia have agreed on monthly aid in Kherson Oblast following the humanitarian mission in Oleshky.

The Role of Mediation

Dmytro Lubinets thanked US First Lady Melania Trump for her "personal involvement, mediation, and coordination of efforts, thanks to which important humanitarian agreements were achieved." Melania Trump herself reportedly stated that several Newsmax journalists will travel to occupied Oleshky for independent coverage of the humanitarian mission.
