The Kremlin reacted sharply to a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that Russia plans to recruit soldiers from North Korea to participate in hostilities in Ukraine. Zelensky's statements: 30,000 soldiers and new missiles
Volodymyr Zelensky previously reported that Russia is laying the groundwork for expanding mobilization within the country and plans to recruit additional forces from North Korea. According to him, conditions for receiving 30,000 North Korean soldiers are already being created in the Voronezh region since June.
Furthermore, the head of the Ukrainian state stated that North Korea is preparing to transfer new launchers for ballistic missiles to Russia. In his opinion, this poses a threat not only to Ukraine but also to regional security as a whole.

Zelensky also emphasized that Russia is actively helping North Korea gain combat experience, improve its weaponry, and practice its application in real combat conditions. According to him, this is a mutually beneficial cooperation that strengthens the military potential of both countries.
