On the afternoon of July 19, Russian forces launched a series of strikes on the territory of the innovative sorting terminal of "Nova Poshta" in Kharkiv. According to the company's press service, the attack was carried out three times. As a result of the shelling, employees of the logistics center and a driver of a partner carrier were killed.
Tragedy at the workplace
In the statement by "Nova Poshta," the cynicism of the attack on civilian infrastructure is emphasized. "The enemy's attack took the lives of two of our colleagues and a driver of a partner carrier," the statement reads. The company expressed sincere condolences to the relatives and loved ones of the deceased, noting that it is in constant contact with the families and providing them with all necessary assistance.
Casualties and injured
According to updated data from the Regional Military Administration (RMA), three men were killed as a result of the rocket strike: aged 24, 45, and 62. Another 20 people were injured with varying degrees of severity. Three of the injured are in critical condition. The attack occurred around 12:00 when Russian forces struck the outskirts of Kharkiv, where the terminal is located.
Damage assessment and compensation
Currently, efforts are underway at the scene to clear up the aftermath of the strike. Detailed information about the damaged cargo will be established in the near future. The company has stated that it will compensate customers for the declared value of shipments that were destroyed as a result of the attack.

To minimize delivery delays, "Nova Poshta" has activated reserve logistics routes and sorting hubs. Customers can obtain up-to-date information on the status of their shipments via the mobile app or the company's official website.
