"The enemy continues to terrorize Kyiv Oblast. Drone attacks have been ongoing for six days now," Tkachenko emphasized. Thus, the drone strikes on the oblast have become protracted: as of the evening of September 1, this is already the sixth consecutive day during which air defense forces and rescue services have been operating on heightened alert. In the evening, the air defense system was also functioning in the capital itself: in Sviatyshyn district, the fall of drone debris and a fire in an open area near private houses were recorded.
Injured Person and Damage in Broyar District
In Broyar district, a woman born in 1971 was injured as a result of the latest attack. She sustained a leg wound and was hospitalized at a local hospital, where she is receiving the necessary medical care. In addition, a private house in this district was damaged; as of the time of publication, the exact scale of the destruction is being clarified. Officials emphasize that information on the aftermath in the district continues to be updated as services work on the ground.
Fire at Warehouses in Bucha District
More serious consequences were recorded in Bucha district: as a result of the Russian strike, warehouse facilities were damaged, and a fire broke out there after the attack. Rescue services are on site, working to extinguish the blaze. Impacts in the Village of Chayky
Separate consequences of the attack were reported by the acting head of Borshchahivka village council, secretary of the Borshchahivka village council, Oleksandr Medvid. According to him, impacts were recorded in the village of Chayky; all relevant services are working on site. This confirms that the drone strikes that evening affected several different areas of Kyiv Oblast simultaneously.
