A second crater from the impact of a North Korean KN-23 ballistic missile has been discovered a few kilometers from the village of Radushne (Dnipropetrovsk region). This was reported by the President of Ukraine's Commissioner for Sanctions Policy, Vladislav Vlasuk, on his Facebook page, confirming that during the massive shelling of Ukraine on July 30, Russia used two North Korean missiles.
Precision of the Strike and Lack of Targets
According to Vlasuk, the distance between the two impact points was only 3.5 km. At the same time, no potential military targets were recorded within a 5-kilometer radius of the impact site. "Such precision," noted the Commissioner, emphasizing that the strikes were directed at civilian objects or open terrain without strategic significance.
Russia's Technological Dependence
Vlasuk pointed out that the KN-23 missile is practically a full analog of the Russian "Iskander" system. According to him, both missiles use identical components, including Western elements, which indicates a deep technological dependence of the Russian military-industrial complex on supplies from North Korea.
"North Korean missiles kill Ukrainian civilians just like Russian ones. And responsibility for this must be borne by all those who ensure the military partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang and the supply of critical components for the defense industry," Vlasuk stated.
Human Casualties in Radushne
Previously, RBK-Ukraine reported that on the night of July 30, occupiers struck the village of Radushne near Kryvyi Rih with a North Korean ballistic missile. As a result of the strike, the home of a large family was destroyed. The death of the parents and three children has been confirmed, while several other family members are missing.
On July 31, a day of mourning was declared in Kryvyi Rih for those killed in this missile strike. Local authorities and residents are mourning the tragedy, which has become a symbol of the unprovoked brutality of military actions against the civilian population.
Consequences for the International Community
The events in Radushne once again raise the question of the need to tighten sanctions against North Korea and all countries involved in supplying weapons to Russia. Vladislav Vlasuk calls on the international community to recognize that military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang directly affects the number of casualties among the Ukrainian civilian population.
Photos of the site of the second missile impact, published by Vlasuk, demonstrate the scale of destruction: a huge crater, charred earth, and scattered debris. These images serve as visual proof that even in the absence of military targets, strikes continue — and their consequences are borne by ordinary people.
