A new attack on civilian infrastructure has occurred in the southern part of the Odesa region. According to official sources, a private residential building was destroyed as a result of the strike. The situation at the scene remains under control by rescue services.

Preliminary information from the Odesa Regional Military Administration (RMA) and the State Emergency Service (SES) indicates that the incident occurred on August 4. Two people were injured due to the damage to the building. They sustained injuries of varying severity and were transported to medical facilities.

Immediately after the impact, a fire broke out at the site. Firefighters and rescue teams promptly arrived and extinguished the blaze, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring buildings. Currently, relevant services are working at the scene to assess the extent of the damage and conduct search and rescue operations.

Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa RMA, confirmed the attack, noting that the strike hit a civilian object. Information about the injured and the destroyed house was promptly disseminated through the official communication channels of the department.

This incident occurs against the backdrop of an escalating situation in the region. Just a day earlier, on August 3, 13 people were injured as a result of an attack on the transport infrastructure of the Odesa region. Recent events indicate a high intensity of strikes on objects within the region.
