Last night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of successful operations against several strategically important objects on Russian territory. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report, the attacks were directed at infrastructure critical to the functioning of the Russian military machine.
Strike on the Ryazan Refinery
One of the central events of the night was the strike on the Ryazan Oil Refinery located in the Ryazan region. This enterprise is one of the largest in Russia, with an annual oil refining capacity of about 17 million tons.
The Special Operations Forces (SOF) confirmed the fact of the attack, noting the coordination of Deep Strike units with the "Black Spark" insurgent movement.
The significance of the target is due to the fact that the plant produces a wide range of petroleum products: from automotive gasoline and diesel fuel to aviation kerosene. These resources are directly used to meet the needs of the Russian military-industrial complex and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Attack on a Base in Crimea
Parallel to the events in central Russia, strikes were also carried out on the occupied peninsula. Explosions were heard in the Mezhdnoye settlement area in Crimea at the location of the Russian Black Sea Fleet's fast boats base.
This facility is used by Russia for the technical maintenance and material support of the boat fleet. It is these vessels that perform coastal patrol duties and logistical support in the interests of the Russian army.
Strike on Radar Station in Bryansk Region
The third direction of the attack was the area of the city of Pochept in the Bryansk region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a Russian army radar station, creating additional difficulties for the operation of the enemy's air defense systems in the border region.
