This plant is of critical importance to the Russian defense industry as it is part of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern. The enterprise specializes in the production of complex semiconductor devices and electronic components directly used by Russia's military-industrial complex.
Strikes on Missile Fuel Producers
In addition to the Ulyanovsk plant, Ukrainian forces targeted facilities that supply the Russian army with vital components for missile weapons. Specifically, these are the Yefremov Synthetic Rubber Plant and the Voronezhsintezkauchuk company.
