However, in the southwest and western oblasts, thermometers will rise higher—up to +31°C. This will create comfortable conditions for leisure in the south but will require adherence to precautions against overheating.
Storm warning for western regions
The situation in the western part of the country will be fundamentally different. Meteorologists warn of the formation of convective clouds, which will bring moderate, and locally heavy, rain. In certain areas, the following are forecast:
- Powerful thunderstorms;
- Possibility of hail;
- Gusty wind intensification up to 15–20 m/s.
This combination of weather phenomena requires heightened vigilance and readiness for emergency situations from residents and authorities in these regions.
Weather in Kyiv and the Kyiv region
The capital of Ukraine and the Kyiv region will avoid extreme phenomena. The region is expected to have slight cloudiness, with no precipitation forecast, allowing people to enjoy a warm summer day without the risk of getting caught in a downpour or strong wind.
