The Zammler logistics group has officially announced the termination of the activities of its warehousing division, “Zammler Sklad.” This was reported on September 2, 2026, by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement from the company itself. The group assured that the cessation of the legal entity's operations would not affect the quality of customer service and would not hinder the fulfillment of all current obligations. According to Zammler representatives, the team remains fully engaged in operational activities, and employees and clients who used warehousing services will be separately informed in the near future about the next steps and the mechanisms of interaction.

Scale of Assets and Role in the Supply Chain

Under the management of “Zammler Sklad” were three Class A warehouse complexes in the Kyiv region with a total area of 54,000 square meters, as well as a number of warehouse facilities in other regions of Ukraine. Zammler Group operates as a 3PL operator, taking on the outsourcing of enterprises' logistics processes: cargo transportation, goods storage, customs clearance, and the support of export-import operations. The cessation of operations by one of the country's largest warehouse operators inevitably creates additional demand for alternative capacities and redistributes goods flows among the remaining market players.

For four years, the company invested in the recognition of its own brand, in which the key element was the letter Z. After the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, this symbol became a marker of Russian military aggression, and the company was forced to abandon its previous branding. Zammler Group announced its intention to sue Russia over the unauthorized use of the Z symbol for military purposes.
