STB TV channel has officially announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated 11th season of the popular reality show "Zvazheni ta shchaslivi". The show's return to television screens will take place on October 4 at 19:00, promising viewers a completely new format and strict selection conditions for participants. The show's creators decided to radically change the usual rules to test the contestants' real readiness to fight for their health and a new life from the very first minutes.
Strict selection and new project rules
The main innovation of the season is that simply arriving at the project no longer guarantees automatic settlement in the weight-loss camp. Out of 18 contenders who applied and passed the preliminary selection, only 14 people will be able to continue their journey and receive help from the country's best experts. Host Daniel Salem emphasized that the film crew abandoned the usual allowances and empty promises, focusing instead on concrete actions and ironclad discipline from the very first seconds.
Trainer rivalry: thirst for revenge
No less intriguing is the rivalry between the project mentors — Marina Borzhemska and Oleksiy Novikov. Following the results of the previous season, Borzhemska emerged as the triumphant winner in both the main weigh-in and the home weight-loss category. Now Novikov intends to make a convincing revenge after analyzing his previous work and demanding complete dedication from his team during every single training session.
Team of experts and personal stories of participants
In addition to physical exertion under the guidance of experienced trainers, participants will work closely with a team of specialized experts. The vector of proper nutrition and health will be supervised by top-category dietitian Svitlana Fus, while psychological support and motivation will be provided by well-known coach Dmytro Karpachov. For many participants, such as Roma who openly talks about his struggles, this project has become a final chance to drastically change his destiny and shed the heavy burden of excess weight.
