Kyiv Metro plans to restore service on the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska line on the evening of October 19. Trains will run without stopping at the damaged Chernihivska station, where repairs are being carried out by over 70 specialists.

On the evening of October 19, Kyiv plans to restore metro traffic on the red line between Lisova and Akademmistechko. Chernihivska station will remain closed until repairs are completed.

Chernihivska metro station in Kyiv is closed indefinitely following the October 18–19 attack. KCMA reports significant track damage; restoration timelines are unknown.

As a result of a Russian attack on Kyiv, the surface infrastructure of the 'Chernihivska' metro station on the left bank was damaged. Traffic on the 'red' line has been partially altered, and two stations are closed to passengers.
