Polish President Karol Nawrocki, following a nighttime clash at the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, declared a violation of constitutional order and convened emergency talks with parliamentary parties. The sides accuse each other of 'usurpation of power'.

In the early hours of October 31, Polish President Karol Navrocki forced his way into the Constitutional Tribunal building controlled by police. Clashes between protesters and law enforcement continue outside the court, and the ambassador to Romania has resigned.
