Russia Prepares New Wave of Mobilization for 600,000 People: What Is Known About the Kremlin's Plans
The GUR reports that a mobilization plan for up to 600,000 people in 2026–2027 has been prepared in the Russian General Staff. The stated reasons are losses of around 240,000 from January to July and the failure of contract recruitment plans.
