France announced it is preparing long-term support for Ukraine in the EU budget for 2028–2034. At the same time, Kyiv received a fourth tranche of €3.3 billion, while Berlin and five other countries are demanding a reduction of the bloc's budget.

Alona Hetmanchuk, Head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO, told RBC-Ukraine about partners' shift from transferring available weapons to targeted funding of Kyiv's priority areas, to which around 80% of all contributions is proposed to be directed.
