On the evening of October 27, a missile alert was declared in several regions of Russia. Air defense operated over Lipetsk, and a large fire broke out near the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant.

⛽ The Lipetsk region is reinstating the 'even-odd' system at gas stations. Starting August 13, gasoline refueling will be limited to 30 liters, and access will depend on the vehicle number. The cause is drone strikes on refineries, which have halted 40% of capacity. Russia is importing gasoline from Belarus, but shortages persist. 🚨 #Lipetsk #Gasoline #Ukraine #Refineries

🚨 A fuel collapse has erupted in the Lipetsk region: huge queues at Rosneft gas stations and empty tanks at other stations. 🛢️ Governor Artamonov claimed stabilization and canceled even/odd restrictions, but reality has refuted his words. 🇷🇺 Russia is forced to import fuel due to refinery failures. 🇺🇦 Zelenskyy mocked the situation: an export superpower cannot fuel its own cars. #Lipetsk #FuelCrisis #Rosneft #Economy

🚨 The night of July 21 saw large-scale attacks on Russia: rockets and drones struck Lipetsk, Belgorod, Volgograd, and Crimea. A fire broke out near NLMK in Lipetsk, while Belgorod experienced a "rain of shrapnel" and a water outage. The operational headquarters claims there are no casualties, but infrastructure has been damaged. 🇷🇺🔥
