#Long Range Strikes

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, together with Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi and Defense Ministry leadership, approved new targets for long-range operations against Russia.

Kyrylo Budanov stated at the Riga Conference that Ukraine will deepen and intensify strikes on Russian territory if Moscow does not cease hostilities. Some media interpret his words differently, emphasizing the limited effect of drones.

Kyrylo Budanov stated at the "Ukraine Tomorrow" forum that he personally tried to negotiate with Russia on stopping long-range strikes, but the initiative did not work. According to him, the parties went down the path of escalation, and Ukraine is forced to respond with all available means.

Zelenskyy announced the destruction of an Su-24M and four units of equipment at the "Saki" airbase in Crimea, as well as the damage to the Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery and a logistics hub in the Samara region.
