By Decree No. 894/2026 of 7 September, President Zelensky revoked the August decision to award Major Yuriy Spasskyi the title of Hero of Ukraine. No official reasons are given, however, Spasskyi is a subject of criminal cases over the events of the 2013–2014 Revolution of Dignity.

In RBC-Ukraine’s special project, Arseniy Yatsenyuk ironically recalled how Poroshenko “brought one cake to the Maidan” and became president, and also acknowledged the mistake with the “Wall” project on the border with Russia.
