Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced the expansion of the mandatory child evacuation zone in the Sviatohorska, Slavianska, and Novodniska communities. Police, rescuers, and the child affairs service have been involved in the process.

In Borispil, a drone hit the roof of a nine-story residential building: the roofing and top floor were damaged, and a fire broke out in an apartment. No casualties reported so far; rescue workers are on scene.

Oleh Sinehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, stated that the curfew in the region will remain in the 00:00 to 05:00 format. The national review of the rules announced by Zelensky will not affect Kharkiv Oblast.

Ukraine is switching regional military administrations to a 24/7 mode and creating working groups for warehouse decentralization. A “single window” for business will be opened in each RMA, and weekly consultations will be held on the “Dialogue of Government and Business” platform.
