PACE proposes mechanism to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine based on ECHR rulings
The PACE Legal Affairs Committee approved a draft resolution on the creation of a mechanism to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine on the basis of ECHR rulings. The vote on the document is scheduled for 30 September 2026.
