On September 21, a petition was registered in Kyiv demanding that car towing during martial law be transferred exclusively to municipal enterprises and that vehicles not obstructing traffic not be towed. The appeal must gather 6,000 votes within 60 days.

The Verkhovna Rada did not support the petition to strip Potap of the title 'Honored Artist of Ukraine': only 198 of the required 226 deputies voted in favor. Kateryna Taran's petition, which gathered 25,000 signatures, did not lead to the adoption of the document.

A petition has been registered in Kyiv proposing to establish dual-purpose municipal underground parking facilities near metro stations on the Left Bank. The initiator believes such facilities would relieve the load on the bridges and serve as shelters.
