The special unit of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, known as 'Pryvrakhy' (Phantoms), has conducted a series of successful operations against Russian military infrastructure. Independent experts emphasize the difficulty of verifying exact damage amidst active combat, yet the release of objective control video materials confirms significant damage to the enemy's rear infrastructure and equipment.

In addition to kinetic operations on the battlefield, Ukrainian intelligence continues large-scale efforts in economic and financial counteraction against the aggressor. Previously, HUR issued a statement about identifying more than a dozen Russian banks, financial intermediaries, and payment systems actively involved in schemes to bypass international sanctions, complementing the overall pressure strategy on Russia's military-political leadership.
