In Kharkiv, law enforcement agencies and representatives of the Kharkiv Regional Territorial Center for Mobilization and Social Support (TCC and SP) have initiated an investigation into facts reported on social media. The incident allegedly involved a confrontation between mobilization center staff and a local resident working as a children's animator. As of now, no official comments have been received from the National Police of Ukraine or the Ministry of Defense regarding the status of the participants in the conflict, although the circumstances of the incident are being actively clarified.
Timeline of events: from document check to detention
According to eyewitness reports, the incident began during a routine document check on the street. The man, who works as an animator, asked for clarification on the legal grounds for the check. At this moment, according to witnesses, a civilian approached him and began aggressive actions, after which several other individuals joined in, including some in military uniform.
According to eyewitnesses, the victim was forcibly removed from his personal vehicle and taken to the district TCC and SP office. Witnesses claim that physical force was used against the man during transport and inside the facility. Inside the mobilization center, a document verification was conducted, which revealed that the citizen has valid military registration documents, has previously passed a military-medical commission (MMC), and is not wanted by authorities.
Witness version: use of force without violations
The publication cites data on the nature of the incident, according to which the conflict escalated into physical violence. According to witnesses, after the TCC established that the man's documents were in order, he was subjected to physical force again and escorted out of the facility's premises.

Witnesses claim that the actions of the TCC staff were disproportionate to the situation and did not comply with legislative norms regulating the activities of mobilization centers.
