Digitalization of government services in Russia is reaching a new level. Approximately 50 subjects of the Russian Federation have launched special online showcases in the national messenger Max. This solution allows citizens to access a wide range of municipal and government services through a single interface, eliminating the need to switch between multiple separate applications.

As reported by the messenger's press office, the new system simplifies interaction between citizens and government authorities. Now, to access services, it is enough to simply enter the name of your region in the Max search bar and open the corresponding mini-app. Inside, users find official information channels and a structured list of available services.

What is available to users?

The functionality of regional showcases varies depending on the capabilities of the specific subject, but the basic set of services covers the most in-demand needs. With the help of the application, residents can:

  • Make an appointment with a doctor or at a Multifunctional Center (MFC);
  • Process the closure of a sick leave certificate;
  • Check the balance of regional resident cards;
  • Receive up-to-date notifications and information about government services.

This integration demonstrates the growing role of messengers as platforms for digital interaction with the state. Instead of installing dozens of separate programs, the user gets everything they need in one familiar interface.

Who has already connected to the system?

Among the regions where online showcases are already functioning are major administrative centers and national republics. The list of pilot and active participants includes:

  • Moscow Region;
  • St. Petersburg;
  • Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug;
  • Kaluga Region;
  • Novgorod Region;
  • Republic of Adygea.

The development of this ecosystem is aimed at increasing the accessibility of government services and reducing the digital barrier for citizens, making interaction with the state more transparent and convenient.
