The Ukrainian fuel network OKKO has been awarded the prestigious main title of «Gas Station of the Year 2026» following the annual specialized competition by the industry publication NaftoRynok. The official announcement of the winners took place on September 22 during the large-scale industry conference «PROkachai AZS 2026», which brought together leading players of the fuel market and related industries to discuss key trends, innovations, and development strategies.
Leadership in Technology and New Service Standards
In addition to the main triumph, the company won in the «Technological Gas Station» category, confirming its status as one of the most innovative market players. The expert jury highly praised the implemented technological solutions aimed at improving the customer experience and transforming traditional filling complexes into modern multifunctional hubs. Among them, advanced services such as OKKO Drive, the OKKO Pay mobile solution, self-service cash desks, and the proprietary Smart Kitchen digital platform stand out. This system effectively optimizes internal processes, significantly speeding up order fulfillment for customers and minimizing write-off volumes.
Multiple Finalist of the Prestigious Award
The company's success at the «Gas Station of the Year 2026» awards was not limited to two victories. In total, the OKKO network reached the finals in six different categories, demonstrating comprehensive excellence across all key areas of activity. In addition to the main and technological nominations, experts and an independent jury noted the company's high achievements in categories such as «Tastiest Gas Station», «Coffee Gas Station», «Stylish Gas Station», and «Convenient Gas Station». Evaluation was based on multiple criteria, including comfort for drivers and passengers, the quality of gastronomic and coffee offerings, as well as the overall concept and design of the refueling complexes.
Strategic Development Plans and Large-Scale Investments
The award is a natural result of the large-scale business transformation actively carried out by the company's management. Back in the summer of this year, the OKKO network presented a fundamentally new format of filling complexes, the first examples of which are already successfully operating in Irpin and Hatne in the Kyiv region. As part of its long-term development strategy until 2029, the company intends to invest about 120 million dollars in the implementation of this ambitious format, planning a deep reconstruction of about 60 existing filling stations and the construction of 20 brand-new modern complexes.
