The strike and its aftermath were officially confirmed by Yuri Slyusar, the governor of Rostov Oblast, who reported the rocket bombardment of the city in his Telegram channel. According to him, the attack triggered several fire outbreaks, and emergency services are working at the scene. Among the damaged facilities, in particular, is a marketplace warehouse of OZON, as well as warehouses of agricultural enterprises.

Separately, the governor reported that, per preliminary data, rockets hit the G. M. Beriev Taganrog Aviation Science and Technology Complex — a facility where military aircraft are repaired and modernized. Strikes on OZON logistics: economic impact
Strikes on OZON's logistics centers cause damage not only to the specific company but to the Russian economy as a whole. OZON is one of the country's largest marketplaces, so damage to its warehouses disrupts supply chains, leads to the destruction of goods, and forces the company to spend extra funds on restoring infrastructure and relocating logistics. It is also noted that strikes on logistics infrastructure raise business costs: companies have to insure and protect warehouses, reroute shipments, relocate capacity, and compensate for destroyed goods. Context: hidden addresses and previous strikes
It is worth recalling that recently a logistics center of the Russian marketplace OZON near Saratov completely burned down as a result of a Ukrainian strike. It is also noted that OZON removed the addresses of its Russian warehouses from the public directory — this happened at least 20 days before the first strikes on its logistics infrastructure. The combination of these facts indicates that the marketplace's logistics hubs have become a persistent target, and attempts to mask their locations failed to prevent new attacks.
