The aggressor's escalation has led to serious local incidents. In particular, on the morning of September 26, 2026, as a result of a series of enemy strikes, the Cosmonova data center in Kyiv suffered significant damage. The facility sustained critical equipment damage and was forced to completely cease its functional activities.

On one hand, official reports record large-scale infrastructure destruction, the shutdown of data centers, and temporary disruptions in the broadcasting of several Ukrainian TV channels.
