President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia is purposefully attacking Ukrainian data centers and communications, trying to leave citizens without internet and digital services.

In Ukraine, the cost of provider access to utility poles for laying internet in villages has been reduced from 10 hryvnia to 1 kopiyka. According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this will make it possible to connect 1,043 remote settlements to the network.
