On the evening of November 4, 2026, a Russian Shahed drone heading toward Kyiv was shot down over the Ukrainian skies. According to Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, published in his Telegram channel and reported by RBC-Ukraine, this device differed from standard strike drones: it carried inciting propaganda material on board intended for distribution in rear cities. The air target was destroyed near the combat positions of the "Birds 427 Separate Brigade of the USF Rarog" unit.

Propaganda with a Cyber Trap

As Brovdi specified, the "Shahed agitator" was equipped with leaflets containing provocative content, as well as a QR code leading to a cyber-phishing page. According to the USF commander, Russia complements its attacks on Ukrainian rear cities not only with physical destruction but also with "psychological care" — the dissemination of inflammatory material. The QR code in the published photographs is intentionally blurred for security reasons to prevent accidental scanning.

Warning for Citizens

Brovdi addressed the population with a direct warning: if such a leaflet is found on the ground, it must under no circumstances be scanned. According to the USF commander's assessment, there is a high probability this is an enemy trap aimed at stealing the user's personal data or infecting the smartphone with malicious software. Thus, what at first glance looks like an ordinary propaganda item turns into a tool for a cyberattack against the civilian population.

USF Combat Indicators for November 1–4

In the same statement, Brovdi provided summary data on the combat operations of the Unmanned Systems Forces. As of 18:20 on November 4, during the period from November 1 to 4, the "Birds of the USF" unit neutralized, according to him, the equivalent of a Russian army brigade personnel composition — 2,630 enemy manpower units. These figures apply exclusively to the results of USF operations and do not include losses inflicted by other branches of the military.

Operation "MOLOCHKA" Against the Shadow Fleet

Separately, the USF commander recalled the ongoing operation "MOLOCHKA", aimed against ships of Russia's shadow fleet, including oil tankers transporting Russian oil. According to Brovdi, as of November 4, the operation has been ongoing for ten weeks. During this period, the Ukrainian military has hit hundreds of vessels in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, which, in his assessment, deals a significant blow to the logistical infrastructure of Russian hydrocarbon exports.

Record October in USF Statistics

The context for the current figures is provided by the statistics of October 2026, previously published by RBC-Ukraine: it was in October that the Unmanned Systems Forces recorded the highest enemy personnel casualty figures for the entire war — nearly 16.8 thousand Russian servicemen. Thus, the November data, according to which the USF has already eliminated over 2,600 personnel in four days, confirm the maintenance of high unit activity at the beginning of the new month.
