Universal Bank has gained recognition at the level of Ukraine's large business sector, entering the ranking of the country's 50 best employers. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the results of a joint ranking by NV magazine and the Odgers Ukraine recruitment agency. The bank's inclusion in the list is the result of an expert assessment of how companies support their teams and create conditions for professional development amid the war.

How the Ranking Was Formed

This year's version of the ranking focused on evaluating how large business employers adapt their working environment to wartime challenges. The list includes companies from various industries, and experts paid attention not only to formal working conditions but also to specific programs and solutions that help employees overcome difficulties, develop professional skills, and build careers within the company.

Four Areas of Evaluation

Employers' programs were reviewed across four key areas: support for veterans and their families, assistance to employees in crisis situations, talent development and internal mobility, as well as diversity and inclusion. Such a multi-faceted approach makes it possible to assess how fully a company takes into account people's needs and helps them continue working and growing professionally despite the war.

What Universal Bank Does for Its Team

For the bank, caring for employees is an essential component of stable operations. Universal Bank assists the team during blackouts, supports mobilized colleagues, and creates opportunities for training and internal career growth. According to experts, it is this combination of crisis assistance and attention to professional development that allows employees to maintain their working rhythm and plan further growth.

Team Expansion and Service Quality

Despite the challenges of the war, the bank continues to expand its staff: new specialists are joining the work, while current employees deepen their expertise, master new areas, and develop within the company. Entering the ranking draws attention to the employer's internal practices, which are not always visible to clients but directly affect team performance and service quality.

Context: Fintech Recognition

Previously, it was reported that the CEO of Universal Bank entered the list of the 50 most influential women in fintech. The combination of these results reflects the bank's strong position as an employer that, amid the war, maintains its focus on people and the professional development of the team.
