Weather in Ukraine on July 23: from +29°C in the east to cool nights and thunderstorms in the south

This will ensure the absence of precipitation in most regions. However, moderate rain is possible in the southern part of Ukraine due to the passage of an atmospheric front.

The wind will blow predominantly from the northwest, and in the western regions — from the southwest, with a speed of 5–10 m/s. Experts note that cool air will continue to arrive from the northwest at higher altitudes. This is why nights will be cool, while the weather during the day will remain moderately warm. The highest temperatures are expected in the south and east of the country.

Meteorologists warn of the possibility of hazardous meteorological phenomena. Throughout Thursday, an increased probability of such events has been recorded in the Odesa region. During the day, the risk zone may extend to Crimea as well. Weather conditions in these regions require residents to exercise increased caution.

In the capital and the Kyiv region on July 23, variable cloudiness without precipitation is expected. The temperature regime will correspond to the general forecast for central regions: moderately warm during the day and cool at night.
