On September 7, the Higher Anti-Corruption Court is considering the SAP's motion to arrest 24-year-old Elizaveta Ivakhnenko ("Muse") in the case on call centers in the Office of the Prosecutor General. The prosecution is demanding detention with a bail of 50 million hryvnias.

SAP is asking the court to detain Serhiy Krapiva, Deputy Head of the OGP department, in the 'Carthage' case, with an alternative bail of 200 million hryvnia. The defendant is linked to an exposed network of 'protection' for fraudulent call centers.

NABU and the Office of the Prosecutor General exposed a group headed by an OPG official that was 'protecting' fraudulent call centers. The employee has been suspended, and the damage amounts to tens of millions of hryvnias.

NBU Deputy Head Dmytro Oleinyk stated at a TIC session that not the entire volume of bail payments to the VAKS was processed through Sense Bank. The regulator identified other banks with comparable or more serious issues and is continuing four unplanned inspections.

SAP head Alexander Klymenko announced a systematic verification of the origin of bail funds for corrupt officials through the Financial Monitoring Service. Particular attention will be paid to cash from individuals with income that does not match the amounts.

Since August 24, Ukraine's National Bank has been conducting unplanned inspections of banks that served clients involved in posting 150 million UAH in bail for former Minister Galushchenko in the "Midas" case. The basis was the material from NABU's "Forrest Gump" operation.

Rostyslav Gladishenko, former head of the supervisory board of Sense Bank, refuted NABU's charges over a "manual" payment of 150 million UAH in the "Midas" case, calling them technically impossible.

On August 25, the High Anti-Corruption Court is considering a motion on a preventive measure for Oleksiy Stupak, head of the board of Sense Bank. The SAP prosecutor is requesting his detention, with an alternative of 150 million hryvnia bail.

The SAO is asking the VAS to detain Sense Bank head Oleksiy Stupak with a 150 million hryvnia bail in the "Forrest Gump" case. The Cabinet of Ministers and the NBU have begun the procedure for his dismissal, and the court has already considered similar motions in this case.

The High Anti-Corruption Court selected a precautionary measure in the form of 60 days of detention, with the possibility of posting a 20 million hryvnia bail, for Yryna Mudra, the former deputy head of the Office of the President.

The motion by Rabbi Markovych for surety on behalf of former Deputy Head of the Office of the President, Mudra, before the HACC has exposed the limitations of Article 180 of the CPC: the maximum fine for the guarantor in a corruption case does not exceed 150,000 hryvnias, and criminal liability for the suspect's flight is not provided for the surety.

On 24 August 2026, at the HACC, the Chief Rabbi of Kyiv, Yonatan Markovich, declared his readiness to become a personal surety for Iryna Mudra, the former deputy head of the Office of the President. The decision on the preventive measure is expected at the hearing on 25 August.

The SAP prosecutor presented to VAKS a list of hidden assets of former Office of the President deputy head Iryna Mudra worth over UAH 250 million, including $4 million from Mykytas and funding for her daughter's education in the USA. The decision on arrest is expected on August 25.

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi ironically declared that there will be no corruption “because there is no money,” against the backdrop of a $77 billion audit and record arrests in the “Green Zone.”

Zelensky stated that the dismissal of Presidential Office Deputy Head Iryna Mudra after the NABU and SAPO searches was justified by the information available at the time, and that rotations should not be an end in themselves.

The NBU found that Nikolai Hladyshchenko, chair of the supervisory board of Sense Bank, does not meet independence requirements and is demanding that the shareholder immediately terminate his mandate.
